教育实习是检查教学效果的重要环节之一，实习基地建设是抓好教育实习的重要保证。因此，我系对机电一体化技术专业的教育实习高度重视、周密部署，安排有教学经验的老师指导教学实习，教学实习效果深受实习单位好评。我系与东营泰星模具有限公司、东营万通模具有限公司、山东

博瑞制动有限公司、山东东营汇丰集团、山东恒丰橡胶有限公司、山东鸿亦机械有限公司、山东华帘集团、企业签订了实习协议，并把这些学校作为我系重点建设的实习基地。实习基地的建立为我系教育实习工作的顺利进行提供了很多有利条件。

为了使教学内容符合学生毕业后就业的需要，我系曾多次下企业进行企业调研，修改专业培养方案，不断调整课程设置和课时分配；为了更新知识，我系采用了全国最新编写、出版的优秀教材，绝大多数教材是“十二五”国家级规划教材。为提提高教学效果，我系配备了12个专业实训室，多媒体教室等。我系绝大多数教师能用现代教育技术进行教学，能用电脑收集教学资料、进行课堂教学和从事科研教改活动。

课程设计最能培养学生的运用知识的能力，课程改革是深化教学改革的重要内容。经过反复论证以及不断的实践和摸索，根据社会经济发展的需要，我系不断完善机电一体化技术专业教学内容和课程体系。在调整专业培养方案时，把夯实学生专业基本功作为第一要物，把学生的知识和技能最大程度的融合，把培养学生的技能贯穿于始终。其一，加强课程的实用性和针对性，使课程设置更加符合国家专业课程标准。其二，注重专业知识的传授和技能训练有机的结合，提高了课程的效益。其三，积极开设新课和改造现有课程，重点摸索如何培养学生的实际运用能力，锻炼学生的思维能力和创新能力。同时，在确保专业技能训练课的前提下，加大选修课开设力度加强科学技术知识教育。目前机电一体化技术专业培养方案的几大模块在课程设置、教学进程、学时学分的分配上合理，符合机电一体化技术专业人才的要求，可行性强。机电专业基础课开得比较扎实，有利于培养学生扎实的专业基本功；方向课能反映出不同方向的主要核心课程，选修课有利于拓展学生的知识面、提高学习兴趣，有利于人文素质和科学素质提高，有利于培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。

我系成立了毕业论文评审工作领导小组，负责学生毕业论文指导、质量监控等工作。以确保毕业论文质量符合培养目标和教学要求。

1）由系主任张震和主管教学的副主任陈为全负责毕业论文指导的组织与管理，制定了一系列有关毕业论文(设计)的工作实施方案、论文写作规范与要求，对毕业论文工作做了具体布置,对选题、资料调研、开题报告、论文撰写、论文答辩等环节都作了严格、具体、规范的要求；

2）挑选科研能力较强、工作认真负责、具有讲师及以上技术职称或者硕士学位的教师指导毕业论文。

3）对学生论文写作及教师指导工作进行阶段性检查，论文分一、二、三稿和最后定稿，每一稿都要求学生认真写作和修改，老师要提出自己的修改意见。

4）认真严格组织论文答辩工作。将学生分成多个小组进行论文答辩。每个答辩组至少有三个答辩老师，对答辩不合格的学生需要重新组织答辩，重新答辩不合格的学生扣发毕业证。

在继续原有的院级精品课程《电气控制与plc》的基础上，《电工电子技术》课程正在积极申报院级精品课程。各门课程的课程标准已得到完善。学校领导高度重视，学科、专业定位准确，全系教师密切配合，专业学科建设正朝着健康有序的方向发展。

教研室是教学的基层单位，根据我系的教学需要和实际情况，我系现有机械和电气自动化两个教研室。每年各教研室都制定了教研室计划，并按计划开展一系列的教改教研活动（不得少于10次）。我系的常规教学以教研室为单位开展，检查教学计划执行的情况，组织公开课、示范课教学和教案检查，开展以教学为中心的课外活动等等。
